St. Francis  Youth Basketball League

 2012-2013 Youth Basketball League is open to all children of the community, both parishioners and non-parishioners. This league is for children of all skill levels in Grades 1 through 8.The season will run from October to February with practices being held during the week and games on the weekend.

2012 -2013 SEASON REGISTRATION INFORMATION – CLOSED

Step 1:   Please read the 2012-2013 Youth Basketball Information Sheet

Step 2 : Complete the registration form online, print and sign the code of conduct.

Step 3 :  Write check (payable to St. Francis of Assisi) or pay on-line with a credit card

Step 4 : Place the completed registration form, along with a check or credit card receipt in the GOLD MAIL SLOT at the Community Center or Parish Office.  You may also mail your registration to the Catholic Community of St. Francis of Assisi, 11401 Leesville Road, Raleigh, NC 27613, Attn: Donna Hennesen.

*Registration forms will not be accepted unless accompanied by the enrollment fee and a signed code of conduct.
