Child Care Ministry
9:30 and 11:30 masses throughout the year
Located in the Preschool classrooms of Clare Hall, the Child Care Ministry provides certified adults to care for your toddlers during the 9:30 or the 11:30 mass.
Babysitting Exchange
These community-centered programs offer fellowship and support to all members. Families are St. Francis parishioners, have background checks and provide a safe environment for infants to pre-teens. Annual dues are $10-15 which goes toward charitable, social and operating expenses.
Contact Allison Bordeaux at 781-7155 for more information on Babysitting Co-op I or Lynda Noga at 845-2906 for information on Babysitting Co-op II.
Children’s Liturgy of the Word
9:30 for ages 4, 5 and 6
11:30 for ages 5 and 6
During the 9:30 and 11:30 Sunday Masses, dedicated parent volunteers gather young children for an opportunity to hear the day’s liturgy in a way that they can understand and participate in. All Presiders and Shepherds have completed background checks. New Presiders (the adult who shares the readings with the children) and Shepherds (assists the Presider) are always needed. Contact Jacqueline Kelly at eandjkelly@yahoo.com for more information.
Moms, Pops and Tots
We’re a playgroup that meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. It’s a great way to meet other parents of St. Francis and the children get a chance to meet and play with each other. If the weather is too cold or rainy for our little ones to play outside, we will meet at Triangle Town Center in the play area. Please call Deirdre O’Malley at 510-9098 with any questions and to find out the schedule of where we’ll be.
New Moms Group
Do you have an infant under the age of 12 months (or expecting one soon) and would like to meet other mothers? A new group is forming here at the parish. For more information, please call Michelle Alarcon at 306-6744 or email michelle.alarcon@gmail.com.
