The mystery of death and the loss of a loved one sometimes leaves us confused and searching. Life is changed…different now.
Grieving is a process…a journey…It’s different for everyone…and it takes time.
This six week series provides an opportunity for adults who have lost a loved one to learn about the grieving process and receive support in walking this journey. It incorporates video segments, materials for reflection, optional sharing and prayer. Participants can share to the extent that they feel comfortable. Sessions begin and end promptly.
