Participation in a Marriage Preparation Workshop gives couples an opportunity to speak honestly about a variety of issues, including their future lives together, expectations and goals for their marriage, attitudes about finance, sexuality, children, and family and their role in the church and society.

Volunteer Facilitator Couples
St. Francis’ Marriage Preparation Workshop facilitator couples provide a welcoming environment where engaged couples can deepen their relationship and understanding of married life beyond the wedding day. Facilitator couples have been married for at least five years, receive training to share of their own marriage story and connect personally with engaged couples, and commit to helping with weekend workshops 1-2 times throughout the year.
