JustFaith focuses on discipleship—engagement in the life of Jesus—and the call to be about God’s dream of justice and compassion in a world scarred by the domestic and global crisis called poverty. Meeting weekly, small groups of 10–15 people employ books, videos, discussion, prayer, retreats and hands-on experiences. The intent is to provide a tapestry of learning opportunities that emphasize and enliven the healing work of God’s compassion found in scripture, church history and teaching, and faithful witnesses.
This 30 week program of readings, discussions, guest speakers, and videos aimed at deepening an understanding of our faith in relation to social justice issues confronting the world today.
